Full Reimbursement: A comprehensive 100% refund of course fees is available to clients submitting a refund request a minimum of 2 days before the scheduled commencement of the respective course.

2. Course Registration
Non-Transference: Course registrations are deemed non-transferrable, ensuring that the benefits and responsibilities associated with registration remain specific to the enrolled individual.

3. Registration Charges
Non-Refundable: Registration charges, representing administrative and processing costs, are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances surrounding a reimbursement request.

4. Non-Refundable Development Charges
Comprehensive Services: Charges related to our diverse range of development services, including web and application development, digital marketing, data analysis, and business intelligence consultancy, are non-refundable.

5. Design and Development Work
Intellectual Property Ownership: Intellectual property generated through design and development work, comprising custom designs and code development, remains non-transferable to ensure the preservation of proprietary work.

6. Source Code and Design Files
Restricted Access: SPEED Multimedia maintains a stringent non-disclosure policy and does not disclose or provide clients with access to source code or design files for any project.

7. Service and Support Under Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
Exclusive Eligibility: Clients under an active Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) benefit from exclusive access to ongoing service and support. It is important to note that service and support are not extended to clients whose AMC has lapsed.

8. Refund Application Process
Clients seeking a refund for eligible courses must initiate the request by contacting our dedicated customer support team at info@speedmultimedia.in. Such requests must be submitted a minimum of 2 days prior to the course commencement.

9. Processing of Refunds
Refund procedures, once approved, are executed within 10 Working days. The duration of the processing period may vary based on the payment method employed for the original transaction.

10. Policy Amendments
SPEED Multimedia retains the right to revise or amend this Refund Policy at its discretion. Any alterations will be effective upon the publication of the updated policy on our official website.
